Mission Statement

The Memorial Hospital Auxiliary is a fund raising organization. The mission of the Auxiliary is to address hospital improvements for the betterment of our patients, staff and community. This institution is an Equal Opportunity Provider.

Serenity Terrace

The Memorial Hospital Auxiliary’s largest project was the Serenity Terrace.  Located in the front of MHLC, This is a place where families, visitors and friends can walk thru or just sit, relax and enjoy beautiful blooming plants, garden furniture and a serene flowing fountain.  This also includes creative stamped concrete and an overhead pergola for shade.  Ideas and design for this project were created by the generous volunteers of the Auxiliary.  Lafayette County Concrete, Chris Andrews Construction and Natures Gift’s Greenhouse & Floral brought our Serenity Terrace to life in its completion in September of 2008.  A ribbon cutting ceremony was held to dedicate and present this to the patients, friends and staff of MHLC.
