The Medical Imaging Department at Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County provides many areas of patient care services. Registered Radiologic Technologists and a transcriptionist/secretary staff the Radiology Department. The departmental hours are from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm. A technologist is on call after the regular hours of operation and on weekends.

Computerized Tomography or CT scanning is available 24/7. Mammography and Bone Densitometry are performed Monday through Friday. Also, one evening a month is set aside for mammography examinations and Bone Density for the working women of the community.

Ultrasound is available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's and a registered Ultrasound Technologist is on call after hours. MRI's are performed on Wednesday and Thursday. Nuclear Medicine services are provided on Monday and Fridays and PET/CT is available on Saturday.

All Medical Imaging examinations are read by the Madison Radiologists. This is a group of physicians based out of Madison, WI.  The Memorial Hospital Radiology Department is lead by Dr. Mark Rich.
